How We Met

We met in 2005 while both on the Walt Disney World College Program Internship in Orlando Florida - I was coming home from work late one night and while sitting in my car in our apartment parking lot (on the phone with my mom) when a guy tapped on my window. I was alarmed because it was after 1 in the morning and I didn't think anyone was around let alone coming up to my car, but I rolled down my window and asked what was wrong - I knew he wasn't anyone crazy because our apartment complex was gated and only for people on the College Program. He simply asked - I saw you're from PA, where in PA are you from? He noticed my license plate was from Pennsylvania and we talked for a little - he invited me to go to his apartment to hang out sometime but I thought that was the end of it. Come to find out one of my friends that I worked with at Disney was roommates with his roommate's girlfriend and she eventually set us up. We first hung out at Motion club at Downtown Disney's Pleasure Island, however, our first official 'date' was at Nine Dragons restaurant located in the China Pavilion at Epcot. We had an amazing night - ate dinner, talked and watched the Illuminations fireworks display... and the rest is history!
