Save the Date Cards
I have decided to DIY my Save the Date cards! I found an amazing template online that I have used to design them!! I am SO happy with the way they turned out! The Save the Date will be a 4x8 card front and back. I am also going to add in a custom magnet with some images from our Engagement Session... I am currently still designing the magnet. I am also going to carry the design through to the invites!
Invitations
I have decided to DIY my invites! I just can't seem to find
anything that I love... so I figured the best way to achieve the
'perfect' invite would be to do it myself! I found some images online
that I am going to base the design on. I made 'booklet'
invites that came out so great. I also
incorporated lace and hopefully a feather to go along with my 'vintage garden' theme. It took a lot of time and energy but I think was worth it in the
end! I can't wait for everyone to see them! They will be going out the last week of March!
I am FINALLY almost done with them - they have truly been a labor of love, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!I've worked long and hard now for almost 3 months with the help of some fabulous friends and family members and am just thrilled with outcome!
I ordered my supplies from Cards and Pockets and decided on the 'poco' 5.5" x 5.5" custom pocket fold in their metallic 'sand' color. I then ordered custom cut card stock (also in the 'sand' color), that will be cut to 5.25" x 5.25" as an overlay on the front of the pocket fold. I applied 3" white lace trim to the overlay that I purchased from Lace Heaven along with a belly band from Cards and Pockets that I stamped with a custom made stamp from Etsy seller eDanae with our names and date. I topped it all off with a tiny white bow and am still contemplating on whether or not I am going to add a feather!
I also be ordered the 6.5" x 6.5" mailing envelope from Cards and Pockets in 'Meadow' color! I also ordered reply card envelopes in the metallic 'Meadow' color for the RSVP cards!

I also designed the 'inside' of my invitations and got them printed at Sir Speedy in Berwyn, PA! They came out SO great and I am so pleased with them! As I mentioned above, they will be booklet style, so are laid out in 2-page spreads. Since creating the jpeg images shown below, I have made a few changes but the general design and layout is as seen below:
I also designed and created the RSVP cards. I am so happy with these and I think they are my favorite part of the Invitation suite! I also got them printed at Sir Speedy and cut to 3.5" x 5" to fit in the RSVP envelopes. Once again, a few minor adjustments have been made since creating the jpeg below, but the picture shows the design and layout!
Custom Map for Direction Cards
I couldn't be more thrilled with how this map turned out! I had it custom made for me by Etsy seller eDanae and she did a beyond fabulous job. It is a 9x12 custom illustrated watercolor map of Pittsburgh! I sent her the names and images I wanted included and she took the design from there and I was blown away with the results! She is a true artist and I would recommend her work to anyone! I am getting them printed smaller for the insert, but she is also sending me the original as a keepsake!
I am making this map into the direction card insert for my invitation set. The insert will have the map printed on one side of a 4" x 5" card, with direction information on the back. They are designed to fit into the pocket of the pocketfold with the RSVP card and Sunday brunch invitation!

Custom 'Handmade By...' Stamp
A friend of mine suggested that I get something to add to the invites to let the guests know that I handmade them, so I found this cute little stamp from Etsy seller stampoutonline and ordered it! I stamped it on the backs of my invites and it came out so great! I'm so glad this idea was suggested to me!
Candy Buffet/Cookie Table Bags & Stickers
I just ordered these wonderful stickers for our candy/cookie bags from Vistaprint! I designed them and am planning to stick them onto clear cello bags (similar to picture below) for people to take some candy and cookies home with them!
Table Names
I knew I wanted to bring Disney into the wedding in a subtle way because that is where we met and got engaged, so I have decided to name my tables after various locations within WDW. I started playing around with a few things on Photoshop and this is an example of what I have come up with!
I'm also kicking around the idea of painting the names on wooden self-standing signs similar to the images below:
